GBS Company Return Policy

GBS offers a minimum of 30 Days DOA Warranty on all hardware we sell (unless listed under Clearance)
We guarantee all products we sell to be new or in good working condition!
GBS RETURN POLICY - ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE and the cost of freight - NO EXCEPTIONS
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER FROM GBS
Definition of Item Conditions

NEW or NEW/RETAIL BOX Item is new and comes in the original manufacturer's box and may or may include manufacturer’s original warranty. GBS warranties these items for 60 days against defect. Item will be exchanged if alternate is available or money will be refunded in full.

NOB Item is new but may or may not be in the original manufacturer's box and the box has been opened for inspection. GBS warranties these items for 45 days against defect. Item will be exchanged if alternate is available or money will be refunded in full. Call us for details. Non-defective returns are charged a 25% restocking fee by GBS.

REFURB Refurbished - Items come with our own warranty of up to 6 months, please read item description for details. The Item has been tested by GBS and/or by a third party. Because this product is used, returns due to the cosmetic condition will generally not be accepted.

USED Item is used and is in good cosmetic condition, it hasn't been refurbished by GBS or a third party. We offer a 30 day DOA warranty- GBS will exchange item or refund your money if unit becomes non-working. Returns on used items due to cosmetic condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Used items may have some scratches, dents etc that won’t affect the performance of the item.

AS IS (Clearance Section Only) some Item(s) are offered with No Warranty/No Return and will be clearly identified as such in our clearance area only.
NOTE: GBS reserves the right to exchange a defective product or refund money based on item's availability at time of return.

GBS International Sales Policy
While we welcome international customers, all sales orders outside of the United States must be prepaid by wire transfer prior to shipment and will be only shipped on a customers account. We do not accept International Credit Cards. This includes Canada, Mexico, the U.K. and all other countries.
