GBS has been selling data storage, networking, point of sale equipment since 1986. New products come with our 30 day warranty and any remaining manufacturer's warranty.
All used products also include a 30 day DOA warranty.
We guarantee all used products we sell to be in good working condition or your money back!

Warranty Definitions

• NEW ITEMS - If you have purchase and receive a defective product from us or the item quits working within 30 days, please contact us for an RMA Number and instructions. Items must be returned to us prior to replacement or refund within 30 days of the ship date. After 30 days, please contact us  for extended return options.
• USED Items - If you purchase a used item and it becomes defective within 30 days, please contact us for an RMA Number and instructions. Items must be returned to us prior to replacement or refund within 30 days of the ship date. Item warranty is void after 30 days thru GBS.
• Defective Items: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to receive full credit of purchase price and shipping. After 30 days, purchase price only will be refunded.
• NON-Defective Items: If you want to return an item that isn't defective, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs prior to refund. Your consent is assumed when you complete checkout, that you agree to these terms.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: If you feel your item return is valid for reasons other than defect, please contact us by email with your reason for returning a product.
• WARRANTIES:  The majority of items we sell online are New. New products come with the original manufacturers warranty. Our Company Warranty on all products we sell is 30 days replacement/refund period to test for defect. Used items are sometimes sold as is with no warranty, this will be clearly stated in item details. Please read item details carefully. If you are unclear of the warranty, please call or email us prior to purchase.
• NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER 
• ALL NON_DEFECTIVE RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE-NO EXCEPTIONS.

  DESCRIPTION of GBS ITEM CONDITIONS

• NEW -Item is New/Never Used. Item comes in the original manufacturer's box and comes with original manufacturers warranty. GBS will replace or refund any non-working items within the first 30 days, after 60 days please contact the original manufacturer.Non-defective returns are charged a 25% restocking fee by GBS.
• NOB - Item condition is NEW/Never Used. It may or may not be in the original manufacturer's box and the box may have been opened for inspection. GBS warranty is 45 days against DOA or defect, not all NOB items are eligible for the original manufacturer's warranty, depending on age of product. Call us for details. Non-defective returns are charged a 25% restocking fee by GBS.
  Refurbished - Items come with a 60-90-120 Day warranty period. The Item has been thoroughly tested by GBS or by a third party company. Because this product is used, returns due to the cosmetic condition will generally not be accepted. All non-defective returns on refurbished items must be pre-authorized by phone and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs.
• Used - Item has been used and is in good cosmetic condition, it hasn't been tested by GBS, other than to verify it powers up. Our 30 day warranty applies to used items and you have 30 days to try the product, we guarantee they are in working condition. GBS will replace item or refund your money depending on stock availability if non-working. Returns due to the cosmetic condition of a used product are not accepted. Good condition is described as minimal scratching or hazing and not effecting performance of the item.
• As Is - Occasionally, Some Item(s) are offered with NO Warranty. These items ARE CLEARLY MARKED. The low price will reflect this. Item could be new or used, and we sell these with NO RETURNS. Large Quantity Lot Buys may fall into this category. Call us if you have questions on our AS IS* inventory listed before purchasing, or if you are looking for excess used hardware in large quantities.
