The process begins with a determination of any resale value remaining on working equipment. Then, depending on the age and configuration of the hardware, we will offer cash or a trade-in credit for new hardware, or suggest disposal options for their non-working equipment. We generally offer a "take all" bid on all equipment available and factor in the cost of freight and any disposal fees in our initial bid.

NOTE: GBS reserves the right to bid on or reject your equipment either by line item or by gross offer. We reserve the right not to bid or offer to dispose of any of your equipment with no resale value. You have the right to negotiate and/or refuse our bid offer prior to signing a contract. In addition to buying your hardware, we also may offer additional services such as equipment disposal, packaging and freight services, hard drive destruction and other services. These services are available for additonal charges or can be included in our bid package upon request.
